Reflect. Release. Reclaim.
Discover what’s possible
when you finally read the life you have lived.
I guide you through a reflective coaching process to understand your life story and move forward with purpose.
Your life is a book.
Every chapter you've lived has written something into you. Some of it serves you. Some of it weighs you down. Some of it was true then, and no longer is today. Some of it was beautiful. Some of it was hard.
I help you read your story: honestly, completely, compassionately. Not to rewrite the past, but to finally understand it. So you can set down what no longer serves you, and carry forward what does. Then you can write the chapters ahead on purpose.
When our book ends, people won't reach for our CV. They will reach for our book, so they can read what made us who we were.
What would you want them to read?
How it Works
Your story is read in three movements: reflection, release, and reclaiming.
We reflect, to see the chapters clearly, the ones that shaped you and the ones still shaping you now. We release, to lay down what no longer needs carrying. We reclaim, so what comes next is written by you, on purpose.
Each part of the work is its own conversation, at its own pace. This gives you the time to uncover and understand who you really are, to deal with past hurts, guilt and limiting beliefs, and create meaningful chapters ahead.
Reflect
We read your story clearly.
We walk through the chapters that made you, the ones you're proud of, and the ones you'd rather forget. Not to dwell in them. To finally see what shaped you, what strengthened you, and what beliefs you carried forward.
You are not your patterns. You are not your history. You are the one reading the book.
Release
Lay down what no longer serves you.
We name the weight you have been carrying, the old conclusions, the unspoken hurts, the patterns that keep repeating not because they are true, but because they have never been named. What was true then may no longer be true now.
You do not need to carry every chapter forever. Some were never meant to travel with you.
Reclaim
Step into who you really are.
Free from old stories, free from borrowed beliefs, free to choose what you carry and what you leave behind. You are not the sum of everything that happened to you. You are the one who walked through it all.
Write forward from the truth of who you have always been. Not from reaction, not from fear, not from old habit. From clarity. From worth.
What this helps with
The Book of You guides you to understand your story, release what no longer serves you, and reclaim who you truly are. Most of us move through our own story without ever properly reading it. We repeat what we haven't understood, and carry what we've never set down.
Through reflection, release, and reclaiming, this work helps you break the patterns that keep repeating.
It helps you lay down burdens and old conclusions that no longer fit.
It helps you stop operating on autopilot and feel present in your own life.
It helps you know who you are, beneath the roles and the performance.
It helps you build what comes next from clarity and worth, not fear or habit.
You will find deep reflection, compassionate space, and lasting insight at every step.
I spent years as a funeral celebrant. Sitting with families in the days after a death, gathering the fragments of a life, and shaping them into the truest possible story of who that person was.
Somewhere in that work, I turned the same question on myself.
I went back through my own chapters, the ones I had never really read, and found what they had written into me. I know what it costs to keep carrying an unread story. And I know what it means to finally set one down.
That is the work I now offer you.
How we can work together
It all begins with a conversation. Space to talk honestly about where you are.
From there, the work can take one of two shapes.
The Personal Journey
Just the two of us.
Sessions held every two weeks, moving at the pace your story needs, from where you've been, to where you are, to where you're heading.
The Shared Journey
A shared eight-week journey with others walking the same path.
The same movements, reflection, release, reclaiming, held together, where recognising your story in someone else's becomes part of the work.
Begin Your Story
We don't get to write our eulogy. But we do get to write what it's based on.
You do not need to wait until the end to start.
